1. No Refund Policy

By purchasing our digital products, including The 72-Hour Short Story Challenge and The Writer’s Toolkit: Periodic Table Edition, you gain immediate access to proprietary information, tools, and resources. As such, once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All program sales are final and not eligible for chargebacks.

• You waive any rights to dispute the charge with your credit card provider or payment processor.

• In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, SureFiction Academy LLC reserves the right to take legal action to recover funds, including any associated fees, damages, and legal costs.
